14:30 BST - A straightforward win for Arsenal over Bournemouth sees them extend their lead at the top to four points. It's over to Manchester City to see if they can respond against Wolves this evening.
14:28 BST - GOAL! There's the icing on the cake for Arsenal who make it 3-0 through Declan Rice.
14:25 BST - Big news from the Championship and Ipswich have done it! They've achieved promotion to the Premier League after seeing off Huddersfield on the final day, who themselves are relegated to League One.
14:17 BST - NO GOAL! It's Arsenal's turn to have a goal ruled out and it's a stunner from Gabriel, but the linesman has his flag raised for an offside.
14:07 BST - NO GOAL! Bournemouth have the ball in the net but it is chalked off for a foul on David Raya.
